Client – Spotify

Visual identity for an internal initiative around autonomy and resolution focused thinking. It called for an exciting, dynamic identity which was developed with feedback from the teams involved directly. They had direct input though voting rounds, feedback sessions, and choice of colours.

The global campaign was rolled out. Touching all of Spotify’s Customer Support org. With branded training, learning aids, and video content.

Coordinating with printers from different continents to make sure delivery of materials to service centres was a key part to its success. Along with delivery of digital assets for non designers to use in training materials, video content, and communications.
